My family of four visited Vietnam over 2 weeks of span. I first contacted Bàch aka Alex for Ha Long Bay tickets, very quick to respond, he got us the tickets in a very short time. Then we booked him for Ninh Binh private tour and it was the best decision to go for private tour, the quality of service (private car, driver, private guide, customizable timeline/itinerary, efficiency, lunch, and so much more) was absolutely worth it. Alex sent us his best guide, Vū for Ninh Binh Tour. Vū was highly knowledgeable of Ninh Binh area and also fluent in English.

5 star experience! Hải Yến was an excellent tour guide and took me and my partner to many different places. She catered to my gluten intolerance very well! It was amazing to learn about the culture of Vietnam as well as eat amazing local food. Great layover tour in Hanoi
I have just returned from this short but intense tour and would like to say a few words about Alex, the guide. He is very prepared and has an enthusiasm for what he does really engaging. Lyna is amazing. She took us to some really interesting restaurants. Places we would have never ventured into ourselves. We enjoyed each restaurant we went to and then went to a beautiful dessert place which was absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend this tour.
